Junior Cost Controller

We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Cost Controller to join our team.

The Scope of the position:

As Junior Cost controller, you will support the cost control department in monitoring and supervision of the cash flow of the group’s projects. The role will mainly focus on overseeing the group’s project progress via certifications and proceeds, in parallel with the cost incurred, in order to contribute to the assurance of the financial soundness and to the accurate pricing of the construction works.

Duties and responsibilities:

• End to end monitoring of cash flows
• Tracking and recording project certifications (both monthly and daily/ progressive)
• Collaborating with construction sites to collect and ascertain the certification data
• Monitoring the progression of the proceeds from clients and public entities in accordance with contracts and invoices

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Construction/Real Estate/ Facility Management/Public-Private Partnership/Energy Sector
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with results-oriented approach
