Junior IT Support Engineer

Paiania, East Attica, Greece | IT

We are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our Group.

The Junior IT Support Engineer will support the evening shift (13.00 – 21:00) by contributing actively to the requests of the group’s users and addressing the needs that may arise.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assisting with the Active directory Users and Groups
Installing and configuring end-user’s computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers
Installation and monitoring Antivirus apps
Monitoring network infrastructure through Network management tool
Interacting with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, troubleshooting and solving technical issues

Job qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Max 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support
Experience with Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Office365, Windows 10, Windows Server)
Experience with networking (LAN, WAN)
Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
