Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in expanding our presence in the facility services industry. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver top-notch facility solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a dynamic sales team focused on selling our comprehensive facility services to commercial and industrial clients.
· Identify and target potential clients through market research and offer them tailored solutions to meet or exceed their unique needs and challenges.
· Define the technical specifications of sales, in cooperation with the Technical and Tender Department and create technical offers for the public and private sector.
· Active participation in private sector tenders.
· Create persuasive sales proposals and presentations that clearly outline the value proposition of our services.
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
· Train and mentor sales representatives. Set performance targets and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their sales skills.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use market insights to refine sales strategies.
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Monitor and analyze sales data to drive decision-making.
· Reporting and collaborating to Operations Director.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the facility services industry or a related field.
· Excellent command of Excel.
· Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
· Strong team leading skills.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on facility services industry.
· Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Numerical oriented.
