Unison Facility and Human Solutions is looking to add in its constantly growing team a Sales Engineer.

 

Position Overview: As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for understanding the unique facility management needs of our clients and recommending tailored solutions. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, client communication, and the ability to provide effective pre-sales and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Client Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their facility management challenges and objectives.

·         Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of our facility management solutions and how they can address client needs.

·         Solution Customization: Create customized proposals and solutions that align with client requirements, presenting the value of our products and services.

·         Planning: Plan and organize sales activities, client meetings, and solution presentations to ensure efficient and effective execution of the sales process.

·         Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed cost-benefit analyses to demonstrate the ROI of our solutions and assist clients in making informed decisions.

·         Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with industry regulations and standards related to facility management and ensure that our solutions are compliant.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop sales strategies, generate leads, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

·         Implementation Support: Assist clients during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions.

·         Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and address any questions or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

·         Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from a university or Technological Education Institute. Mechanical engineering background is preferred.

·         Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office. Knowledge of Navision will be a plus.

·         Advanced English skills.

·         Strong technical knowledge of facility management solutions.

·         Ability to perform planning and pricing.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Proven ability to understand and address client needs.

·         Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the facility management industry.

·         Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
