Pharmaceutical & Manufacturing Technology Scientist

PharmaPath, a Greek pharmaceutical company with a rich history and significant legacy in the pharmaceutical field of generic medicines, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmaceutical & Manufacturing Technology Scientist to join our dynamic team. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Supports and coordinates new drug product introduction (transfer products).
• Supports and coordinates scale-up / optimization and validation studies.
• Supports Commercial products, including process optimization studies, continuous process verification ensuring Process Robustness (CPV).
• Issues process validation protocols and reports, assures that are approved through proper channels.
• Monitoring execution of validation protocols per related SOPs and assures that acceptance criteria related to validation protocols are met.
• Interacts with all affected personnel in the execution of protocols and gathering of test data. Assures that all test data is gathered and recorded in accordance with cGMP requirements.
• Provides directions to manufacturing personnel regarding project requirements.
• Develops and communicates project timelines and status.
• Provides support in investigations and other troubleshooting activities.
• Prepares batch records for the new products.
• Evaluates the changes in Raw Materials (API & excipients) and their impact on the finished product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or relevant discipline.
• 3 years in a pharmaceutical company (preferably in Oral solid dosages R&D, PharmTech or manufacturing role).
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suites (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook,).
• Strong organizational skills. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects effectively within deadlines.
