PharmaPath, a Greek pharmaceutical company with a rich history and significant legacy in the pharmaceutical field of generic medicines, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Operations Management Officer to join our dynamic team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Support the planning, tracking, execution and reporting of projects and activities related to new product introductions, technology transfers, process improvements, ensuring effective collaboration between departments and timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Assist in the introduction of new products to the site, product transfer activities, costing exercises and operational improvement projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and action logs to provide visibility among internal stakeholders.
- Support costing exercises by collecting and consolidating information related to production, packaging, testing and special operational requirements.
- Participate in technology transfer activities and support the preparation, monitoring and execution of transfer plans.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX projects by collecting data, tracking progress and preparing status reports.
- Assist in the evaluation of third-party manufacturers.
- Identify project risks, delays or bottlenecks and escalate them to the Industrial Operations Management team when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication and project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
