The Brand Experience Executive’s purpose is to improve Hyundai brand experience across all customer touchpoints to enhance Hyundai brand equity. To that end she/he is directly involved in brand strategy development and implements marketing plans and initiatives that maximize brand awareness and drive interest and consideration of Hyundai models.

Duties and responsibilities

She/he should be in the position to:

  • Coordinate the development of ATL advertising material from briefing the creative agency to overseeing advertising production.
  • Work with the media agency to develop integrated advertising campaigns that reach the specified target audiences in the most effective way, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Own the brand’s website, liaising with the web development agency and internal contributors to ensure timely content updates, monitoring performance indicators and analytics.
  • Formulate the brand’s SoMe strategy, managing the respective channels and on-line communities, developing organic content that enhances engagement and reach.
  • Develop direct marketing communications to sales leads and customers, promoting sales and enhancing loyalty.
  • Manage sponsorships and brand partnerships, including influencers, from ideation through completion.
  • Organize the company’s presence at industry-wide events and exhibitions.
  • Plan BTL experiential activations and promotions to generate high quality sales leads.
  • Liaise with external agencies and internal contributors to develop collateral material for the network of authorized dealers.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across dealers’ communications.
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate data, insights and competitive activity to determine industry and consumer trends in marketing communications.
  • Establish and maintain A&P Budget, handling the internal purchasing process for marketing expenses.
  • Liaise with Hyundai’s European Regional Marketing team on brand assets’ availability and approvals of localized content.

Qualifications

The job holder needs to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, in the areas of business administration, marketing, communication (a Master’s degree is desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position (Automotive experience will be appreciated).
  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing with knowledge of website and SoMe analytics.
  • Creative and innovative thinking and ability to communicate ideas effectively at all levels up to senior management.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit and can-do attitude.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English (written and verbal).
