We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Team!

What We’re Looking for

A Marketing Specialist to enhance the brand experience across all customer touchpoints. To that end, she/he is directly involved in brand strategy development and implements marketing plans and initiatives that maximize brand awareness and drive interest and consideration for our models.

Duties and responsibilities

She/he should be in the position to:

• Coordinate the development of ATL advertising material from briefing the agency to overseeing advertising production
• Work with the media agency to develop 360 integrated advertising campaigns, enhancing brand visibility
• Maintain the brand’s website, ensuring timely content updates, monitoring performance indicators and analytics
• Formulate the brand’s SoMe strategy, managing the respective channels and on-line communities
• Manage sponsorships and brand partnerships, including influencers
• Manage PR activities for the brands in the country and develop relationships with specialized media
• Monitors the brands presence in local media
• Issue press releases and distributes them to local press
• Organize the company’s presence at events and exhibitions
• Plan BTL activations and promotions
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications
• Establish and maintain Marketing Budget, handling the internal purchasing process for marketing expenses
• Liaise with the brands central Marketing team on assets’ availability and approvals of localized content.

Qualifications

The job holder needs to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, in the areas of business administration, marketing, communication (a Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position (Automotive experience will be appreciated)
• Advanced communication and presentation skills both in Bulgarian and English (written and verbal)
• Proven record in Digital Marketing with knowledge of website and SoMe analytics
• Creative and innovative thinking and ability to communicate ideas effectively at all levels up to senior management
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit and can-do attitude
