Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to analyze hiring needs
- Write and post detailed & technical job descriptions
- Attract suitable candidates using different sourcing channels/platforms
- Conduct screenings and interviews to analyze applicants’ skills & identify suitable candidates
- Communicate company’s culture and role’s requirements to candidates and create a unique candidate journey
- Execute full-cycle recruitment
- Onboard new hires
- Keep up to date, with new technological trends and products
- Participate in career events, job fairs and meetups or other employer branding activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Associate preferably in the IT sector
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases will be considered as a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
