Business Manager – FTTH Projects (Phase B & C)

At Circet Hellas, we are shaping the future of telecommunications infrastructure. We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Manager to lead and elevate our FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects during Phase B & C.

This role goes beyond project management — it’s about building high-performing teams, optimizing ways of working, and driving excellence both in the field and in the office.

Your Role

• Ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of FTTH construction projects
• Manage contract assignments, construction supervision, invoicing, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with field teams and partners to meet timelines and quality standards
• Work alongside on-site leadership to enforce safety and deliver complex project milestones
• Align internal teams and external partners for seamless project execution
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and performance to ensure profitability and quality compliance
• Actively develop and enhance team capabilities, improving how teams operate both on-site and in-office to boost overall productivity
• Lead, inspire, and empower teams to achieve and exceed project and organizational goals
• Represent the company in client meetings, ensuring strong communication and collaboration
• Deliver insightful reporting and continuously identify opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FTTH project coordination and management
• Strong digital skills and familiarity with project management tools
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and project performance (P&L understanding is a plus)
• A proactive mindset with a passion for team development and operational excellence
• Flexibility to adapt to project demands and willingness to travel
