French Customer Service Agent
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented French Customer Representative to join our growing team in the exciting field of electric mobility and EV charging solutions.
In this role, you will support our French-speaking customers by providing high-quality assistance related to electric vehicle charging, charging stations, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electric vehicle charging, payments, charging stations, and respective applications
- Escalate more complex cases when necessary
- Guide users through the use of EV charging platforms and services
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely solutions
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and developments in the e-mobility sector
Required Qualifications
- French language: C2 level or native
- English language: C1 level or higher
- High school diploma (Lyceum or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers
- Interest or experience in electric vehicles, renewable energy, or charging infrastructure
