Job Description:
Are you fluent in German and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as a German-Speaking Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
· Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
· Guide new clients through digital onboarding, particularly focusing on KYC requirements and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German & English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work 24/7/365 to ensure continuous support.
