Marketing Specialist

With over 55 years of presence in the Greek market, Autohellas Group is one of the largest car rental, import, distribution, and retail companies in Greece, in terms of both its turnover and the size of the fleet it operates.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, as well as strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, ATL & BTL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
• Proven Experience in Digital Marketing would be considered as a great asset
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, manage effctively budget and make data-driven decisions
