The Group is active in 9 countries and has the largest private network in the car rental sector, with over 150 service points. Autohellas is the largest Hertz franchisee worldwide, and the first to introduce Operating leasing in Greece in 1989 under the brand Hertz.

Since its takeover of Velmar and Technocar Seat in 2016, it has been expanding its activities in the import and sale of cars.

In December 2017 it gained control of 70% of Hyundai Hellas and Kia Hellas, while in May 2023 Autohellas gained control of 51% of the import and distribution of the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep brands in Greece.

We are looking for a Fleet Sales Manager to join our dynamic Team!

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have in depth knowledge of sales in the automotive market. In addition to your previous experience, the key attributes we look for are: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent customer management skills to build long lasting relationships, Also, an innovative mindset with the ability to introduce and implement improvement initiatives, Individuals who demonstrate the Autohellas Group of People, Customers, Integrity and Innovation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationship with existing corporate accounts
  • Develop new contacts and opportunities (hunting)
  • Maintain the contact database
  • Ensure a proper process to follow-up contact implementation
  • Identify new potential opportunities
  • Coordinate participation to tenders
  • Manage relationship with main LTR companies
  • Develop initiatives to promote products in line with Brands requirements
  • Monitor results by sub-channels and measure policies effectiveness and implement corrective plans if required
  • Ensure a strategic approach by brand for all markets
  • Manage the diffusion of the policy through the network to final customers
  • Visit dealer network and ensure proper comprehension of the policy by the dealer network
  • Visit final customers (corporate) within a scheduled agenda to prospect and generate leads
  • Visit LTR companies to ensure proper flow of business relationship and that FCAG is within the top proposed short-list
  • Propose substantiated corrective actions when needed

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Relevant working experience in Automotive industry
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong target-oriented approach, both commercial and financial targets
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Availability for periodic trips within Greece
  • Pro-active and dynamic working approach
  • Excellent communication in English, both in writing and speaking
  • Excellent knowledge of PC (Excel, Word, PP, SAP)
