With over 55 years of presence in the Greek market, Autohellas is one of the largest car rental, import, distribution, and retail companies in Greece, in terms of both its turnover and the size of the fleet it operates.
The Group is active in 9 countries and has the largest private network in the car rental sector, with over 150 service points. Autohellas is the largest Hertz franchisee worldwide, and the first to introduce Operating leasing in Greece in 1989 under the brand Hertz.
Since its takeover of Velmar and Technocar Seat in 2016, it has been expanding its activities in the import and sale of cars.
In December 2017 it gained control of 70% of Hyundai Hellas and Kia Hellas, while in May 2023 Autohellas gained control of 51% of the import and distribution of the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep brands in Greece.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a pipeline of candidates through market research, sourcing techniques, and recruitment practices.
- Conduct candidate assessments, fostering connections and highlighting our company’s values, culture, and growth opportunities.
- Forge solid relationships with internal stakeholders, providing strategic recruitment counsel and guidance.
- Administer applicant tracking system data, ensuring timely updates to hiring managers and partners.
- Strategize, execute, and evaluate recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media channels to enhance sourcing, networking, and candidate pool expansion.
- Craft segmented, targeted communications for talent acquisition initiatives.
- Lead our job posting strategy, analyze lead conversion metrics, and create engagement campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a track record of successful placements.
- Proficient in interviewing and sourcing, capable of filling roles at various organizational levels.
- Experience with strategic sourcing in a digital landscape.
- Skilled in managing job descriptions and tasks within an applicant tracking system.
- Influential in process management and collaborative across diverse functions and locations.
- Visionary thinker with strong decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a knack for delegation and prioritization.
