UNISON is looking for a Control Room Operator to join our Technical Team at one of our industrial projects in Aspropyrgos.

Reports to: Hard Services Supervisor (Mechanical Sector)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control environmental conditions in the factory's production areas
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule
• Communicate and coordinate with the technical team and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of electromechanical equipment in collaboration with the electrical and plumbing teams
• Prepare operational and facility performance reports
• Participate in the company's training programme

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (University or Technical Educational Institution)
• Availability to work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night shifts)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Additional Qualifications (Considered an Asset)

• Previous experience in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and industrial utility networks (steam, water and compressed air)
• Experience in monitoring and operating Building Management Systems (BMS)
