The UNISON Group, is looking for a Facility Management System Administrator & Data Analyst for Maternity leave cover.

Job Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with Unison Operations Department and Client’s organizational structure for determination of specific needs.
- Collection of maintenance plans from Supervisors, Technical Services corresponding to respective customer asset lists.
- Create maintenance schedule plans and work orders according to the above data.
- Training of technicians and end-users on CMMS as required.
- Maintain the database with the updated users (active/in-active) each time and ensure the proper access rights based on their role.
- Communication with affiliates with regards to system customization requirements and other issues emerging with regards to database and client needs.
- Upload and review of KPIs and statistics to relevant system, as required.
- Preparing monthly operational and custom reports.
- Collaborating with third party programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
- Maintain UpToDate documentation of work flows, processes and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Desired Bachelor in IT or Statistics or Maths.
- Previous experience as Database Administrator Systems/Software, preferably in facility management at factory or technical operations.
- Ability to quickly create and deploy patches as required in all FMS users.
- Ability to quickly performance bottlenecks and tune the performance as required.
- Ability to handle a variety of people and communicate effectively.
- Experience in Data Management Tool (DMT), Integration Objects, Classifications.
- Ability to quickly learn and trained via video.

- Able to manage complex technical projects with diverse stakeholders and detailed, interdependent requirements.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, independent, and resourceful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and Greek.
- Able to clearly communicate with leadership and colleagues about technical capabilities, limitations, issues, and recommendations.
- Client Relationship management.
- Good knowledge of database languages such as SQL will be consider an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (excel forms etc) or Google Sheets.
- Good knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Qlikview and Microsoft Bl Tools.
- Mathematical and statistical skills are also valuable to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze data.
