About the role:

• Answer and redirect calls and provide the necessary information
• Welcome and assist guests
• Maintain logs and Implement security procedures
• Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries and manage outgoing correspondence
• Perform administrative tasks

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent command of English language
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
