Role Summary

As a Help Desk Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal users. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to assisting with network configurations and system upgrades, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our employees have the tools and resources they need to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to IT support requests and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Performing system upgrades and ensuring software patches are applied promptly.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Providing technical guidance and training to end-users as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of proven working experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
