Theon Group is looking for a Project Manager (Engineer)

Role Summary
The Project Manager will be a member of Theon Design & Development Department and will work together with a multidisciplinary team of engineers. She/He will be responsible for the development, delivery and monitoring throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide, Monitor and Assist cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Handle, evaluate and disseminate technical information.
- Communicate with third-party design activities and suppliers.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics) or related field.
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- PMP certification is a plus.
