Role Summary
Theon Sensors is seeking motivated and skilled graduates in Electronics, Physics, or Materials Science to join our Danish team as Instrument Assemblers.
In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the assembly, testing, and quality control of advanced optical instruments used in high-precision applications. Location: Denmark (candidates must already be based in Denmark or have valid work authorization)
Key Responsibilities
Assemble optical instruments following engineering specifications and schematics.
Conduct precise alignment and calibration of optical components.
Perform quality control tests to ensure instruments meet performance standards.
Collaborate closely with engineers and other technical staff to troubleshoot and improve assembly processes.
Maintain accurate records of assembly steps and test results.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
Solid understanding of optical principles and materials properties.
Hands-on experience with optical assembly and alignment (academic, internship, or professional experience).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good communication skills and ability to follow technical documentation in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with optical instruments in laboratory or production settings.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and industry standards.
Proficiency in using optical alignment and calibration tools.
Fluency in Danish and English
