Team: Reports to the Chief Global Affairs, Marketing and Communications officer. Leads a team of +3 persons

Location: Psychiko, Athens (travel involved)

Geographical scope: Global, with primary focus on Europe, the Middle & Far East.

Goal: Ensure our innovations excite external audiences (from customers, to governments, to the media), that our brand equities are strong and trusted and that our ecosystem receives the market exposure it deserves. Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that advance our brand equity, enhance our digital presence and elevate the presentation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Product Equity & Narrative: Strengthen product equity and narrative to effectively articulate the innovation and unique value proposition of THEON Group's technology ecosystem. 
  • Digital-First Content Strategy: Guide the creation and execution of a story-telling digital content strategy, including high-impact short videos, engaging digital campaigns and innovative online presence, to reach global audiences effectively.
  • Presentation Excellence: Drive a significant overhaul of external presentation materials, ensuring clarity, impact and a inspiring narrative that resonates with customers, investors and other stakeholders.
  • Brand & Reputation Management: Collaborate closely with the Comms/media, public affairs and investor relations teams to ensure a cohesive approach, maximizing positive exposure for our company's growth, acquisitions and R&D investments.
  • Global Market Penetration: Support market entry strategies through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strategic Hub Development: Contribute to the strategic development and operations of other hubs (e.g. Brussels, Abu Dhabi).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive product marketing experience within an international company, preferably in defence, security, tech, aerospace, automotive, FMCG or industrial automation,
  • Proven track record of working abroad or managing marketing initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Experienced in building brand creatives, design and marketing material that bring the product narrative to life in a clear and inspiring way, including engaging digital campaigns and short-form video content.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset, confident in driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and in collaborating effectively across functions and senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience
  • Dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for cutting-edge technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
