Role Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the design, planning, management, and execution of THEON Group marketing activities, including participation in key international exhibitions and corporate events, product material and marketing campaigns to excite stakeholders and demystify the innovation behind our solutions. The role requires a structured and proactive individual, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Marketing Collateral Management 

  • Maintain and monitor inventory of marketing materials, including printed collateral and promotional gifts, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
  • Support guest visits by preparing branded gift bags and assembling product brochure sets.
  • Update and revise product brochures in accordance with requests from the Business Development team, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.

Events & Exhibitions Coordination

  • Support the planning and logistical preparation of exhibitions and events, including gathering required materials, preparing the exhibition equipment case, and verifying equipment upon return.
  • Liaise with event organizers and relevant ministries to coordinate and secure necessary licenses and approvals for participation.
  • Attend exhibitions and events when on-site support or company representation is required.
  • Handle exhibition-related communications and inquiries in parallel with colleagues and during colleagues’ absence from the office.
  • Coordinate with the Travel Department regarding attendee lists, travel arrangements, and overall travel logistics.

Financial Administration (PR/PO) 

  • Create and submit Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner to support marketing-related payments and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure proper processing and completion of marketing-related payments.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in the defense, technology, or B2B sector.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams and external agencies, delivering under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Availability for frequent international travel, depending on the event schedule.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or project management tools is an asset.
