THEON Sensors is searching for a Senior Buyer to strengthen its Procurement team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing needs, for ontime sourcing of materials for production volume
• Excellent file maintenance system of purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, invoices and other important documentation
• Contract negotiation with suppliers to achieve higher quality, competitive prices, payment terms and expected delivery dates
• Identify potential new vendors and establish international network, to cover the company's needs on time
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Maintain excellent communication with suppliers

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant studies
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient user of Excel
• Broad knowledge of Sourcing/ Procurement activities
• Knowledge of ERP – 365 F&O will be considered as an asset
• Fluency in English
• Result-driven,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Availability for business traveling
