Role Summary

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. The role is responsible for improving efficiency, quality, flow, while supporting a culture of Lean thinking and data-driven decision-making.

This position requires a hands-on presence on the shop floor and close collaboration with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the function of the company
  • Analyze and optimize operational within supply chain functions, ERP and other systems of the company
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and CI tools (VSM,Kaizen,visual management)
  • Define, monitor, and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery and cost
  • Develop and standardize work instructions, procedures and best practices
  • Support change management and training to ensure sustainability of improvements
  • Act as a facilitator and coach for Lean and continuous improvement mindset across teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
  • Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in assembly line manufacturing environments
  • Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clean-room or controlled manufacturing environments
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
