In this role, you’ll support internal users, ensure seamless IT operations, and help drive our digital transformation through the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Provide daily IT support and manage internal users' requests via ticketing system
- Identify a “problem” or an “incident” and conduct troubleshooting.
- Monitor and resolve 2nd-level issues within deadlines
- Collaborate with external vendors and IT partners
- Maintain & improve SharePoint sites and digital workflows
- Design, maintain, and optimize workflows using Power Automate
- Support development of apps in Power Apps and dashboards in Power BI
- Participate in internal digital projects and document IT procedures
- Document internal processes and promote best practices for collaboration tools
🎯 What You Bring
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills & effective communication
- Fluency in Greek and English

- Experience with SharePoint sites or process automation
- Microsoft certifications
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, VBA)
