                                                                     Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a member of the Mercedes-Benz Cars and smart team and play a key role in shaping our online experience aiming to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔹 Social Media Management – Develop and execute content strategies across social media channels, stay ahead of digital trends, and collaborate with our Social Media Agency.

🔹 Analytics & Reporting – Track, measure, and analyze digital marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
🔹 Website & Content Management – Oversee the content, performance, and maintenance of the MB, smart, and StarRent websites, ensuring an optimized user experience.

🔹 SEO & Website Optimization – Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and website performance.

🔹 eCommerce – Work closely with various teams such as product management, information technology and administration to ensure seamless operations of the ecommerce platform and achievement of both business & marketing objectives.
🔹 CRM & Digital Campaigns – Design and manage CRM campaigns for Mercedes-Benz Cars & smart, analyze campaign effectiveness, and propose improvements.
🔹 Dealer Network Support – Ensure proper utilization of OneDoC & MBCRM by the Authorized Dealer Sales Network, providing training and ongoing communication.
🔹 Digital Innovation – Drive the implementation of new digital projects and applications to enhance customer engagement.
🔹 Internal & External Communications – Coordinate the Emil Frey Newsletter publication and support marketing initiatives, including events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and donations.
🔹 Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices, GDPR guidelines, and internal processes.

What You Bring:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
✔ eCommerce skillset
✔ Proficiency in MS Office.
✔ Fluency in Greek & English (German is a plus).
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
✔ Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging digital content.
✔ Team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
