IT Project Manager (Mid-Level)

In SingularLogic, a Space Hellas Group member, and a Certified Great Place to Work® 2025, in the context of its continuous growth and development, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects. 

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination, strong organizational skills, and a passion for driving projects to completion within scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of small to medium-scale IT projects.
• Contributes to the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Supports the preparation of project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborates with senior PMs in managing project risks, changes, and financials.
• Coordinates internal and external resources for the successful delivery of project tasks.

Requirements

• University degree (preferably with major in IT/ Engineering)
• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration will be considered as a plus
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT/ High Tech Sector
• Familiarity with PM Methodologies and tools 
• Understanding of project lifecycle management, resource coordination and reporting
• Excellent command of Greek and English Language (spoken and written)
• PM Certifications will be considered a plus (i.e. PMP)
• Experience in managing projects in the Public sector will be considered a plus
