The Opportunity 

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving projects to completion within scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of small to medium-scale IT projects.
• Contributes to the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Supports the preparation of project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborates with senior PMs in managing project risks, changes, and financials.
• Coordinates internal and external resources for the successful delivery of project tasks.

Requirements

• University degree (preferably with major in IT/ Engineering)
• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration will be considered as a plus
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT/ High Tech Sector
• Familiarity with PM Methodologies and tools
• Understanding of project lifecycle management, resource coordination and reporting
• Excellent command of Greek and English Language (spoken and written)
• PM Certifications will be considered a plus (i.e. PMP)
• Experience in managing projects in the Public sector will be considered a plus
