The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant to join our SAP team in Athens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting, solid understanding of end-to-end financial processes, and hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting financial solutions that meet our clients’ business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Lead SAP FI implementations and enhancements across multiple clients.
Guide and support SAP FI colleagues to enhance productivity, collaboration, and technical expertise.
Manage resource allocation, recruitment support, and performance development activities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure SAP FI modules and ensure seamless integration with other SAP components.
Provide support during testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI consulting roles.
Proven track record in full project life cycles — from requirements gathering to go-live.
Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Greek and English languages

Multiple Industry exposure (e.g. Retail, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Manufacturing etc)
Professional certifications (Project Management methodologies, ITIL, SAP certifications etc)
