The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, open to new challenges, experienced SAP Professionals, to join SingularLogic consulting team. You will play an active role in delivering services and solutions to our clients in both the Public and Private sectors.

Main Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Manage specific clients and/or projects within your area of expertise
• Solution design for projects and customer requests
• Support the team across all stages of project implementation (including business analysis, process design, task delegation to team members, etc.)
• Oversee delivery outcomes, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and deadlines

Technical Excellence

• Keep updated on SAP offerings and product portfolio
• Enhance technical expertise and embrace new technologies, such as cloud solutions and modern application development frameworks
• Apply service delivery methodologies and best practices

Customer facing responsibilities

• Organize and lead customer workshops, in order to provide expertise and to understand business objectives
• Analyze business requirements and propose solutions to meet them
• Prepare and deliver presentations as subject matter experts
• Report on project progress and status for customer assignments

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Operations related fields, such as Business Administration, Financials & Supply Chain
• 5+ years of experience in the SAP Consulting business
• Hands on, technical expertise in one of the core SAP areas
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel) and other team collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Trello etc)
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and projects as required

Nice to have:

• Multiple Industry exposure (e.g. Retail, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Manufacturing etc)
• Professional certifications (Project Management methodologies, ITIL, SAP certifications etc)

Soft Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset
• Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills in both Greek and English; other languages will be considered a plus
• Team player with ability to work effectively in multi-task environment under tight deadlines
• Fan of well structured and disciplined way of work
