🎯 The Mission
At Shopflix, we are not just moving boxes; we are building the smartest marketplace in Greece.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of marketplace features and improvements. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure solutions deliver measurable value. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently on well-defined problem spaces while continuing to grow their analytical and domain skills.
🧩 What You Will Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarifications
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement and optimization opportunities
- Assist in UAT, validation, and release readiness
- Ensure requirements and documentation remain accurate and up to date
- Support data analysis for business decisions and feature evaluation
In other words, you will work on: - Marketplace product and catalog flows
- Merchant and offer management processes
- Order and customer journey improvements
- Internal tools and back-office systems
- Integrations with internal and external systems
✅ Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (e-commerce or marketplace experience is a strong plus)
- Solid experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum ways of working
- Ability to create clear process diagrams, specifications, and user stories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
