We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to be the voice of our brand - people who combine empathy with efficiency.
We don't read from robotic scripts; we solve problems with a human touch, a bit of wit, and a lot of care.
🧩 What You Will Do
- Be the Voice: Support Shopflix customers via chat, email, and phone. You will be the primary link between the customer and our marketplace ecosystem.
- Problem Solve: Troubleshoot delivery issues, order modifications, and return inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Master the Tools: Utilize our tech stack (CRM, Internal Admin tools) to navigate customer data efficiently.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your team to flag trending issues so we can fix them for everyone.
- Schedule: Our department operates Monday–Saturday (09:00–21:00). You must be available to work rotating shifts within this timeframe.
✅ Requirements
- The Experience: You have worked in a customer support or call center environment for 1-2 years. You are comfortable handling inquiries across Phone, Chat, and Email.
- The Vibe: You are obsessive about being helpful. You are warm, professional, but you have personality.
- Tech-Savvy: You are a digital native. Learning new software (like Salesforce or ticketing systems) comes naturally to you. Experience in such software is a plus.
- Resilience: E-commerce moves fast. You can switch tasks quickly and maintain a positive attitude during high-volume periods.
- Communication: Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal) with a C2 level Certification or Native speaker status. You can explain complex policies simply and kindly.
