Commercial Business Controller
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and strategic guidance in the Commercial sector to support informed decision-making and contribute to the development and implementation of business plans that drive competitiveness and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Sales and profitability for new and used vehicles, as well as After-Sales services (service, spare parts etc.)
- Monitoring of KPIs for Sales, Inventory and market trends
- Financial management of pricing policies, formulation of discounts and offers in collaboration with sales and marketing departments
- Support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the company’s commercial activity and business planning and goal setting
- Monitoring and analysis of the automotive market, pricing trends and competition, proposing strategies for improvement
- Analysis and cost control related to vehicle purchases, promotional activities, financing programs and operational expenses
- Management of vehicle inventory, optimizing orders and reducing operational impacts from stock levels
- Collaboration with financial institutions and leasing departments to develop competitive financing programs
- Analysis of salesperson and store performance, contributing to the design of incentives and rewards
- Preparation and presentation of financial reports to management, with findings and improvement proposals
Qualifications:
- BSc in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MSc will be considered an asset
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Automotive sector or a commercial business
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, financial analysis and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent command of English language
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems related to the automotive industry Ability to analyze data and present findings to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with other functional teams
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in managing financing programs and promotional activities in the Automotive sector
- Understanding of pricing mechanisms and sales strategies in car dealerships
