JUNIOR CORPORATE LAWYER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely legal advice on various issues, mainly related to commercial, corporate, civil, publi,c and labor law.
- Draft, solidify, and review legal documents to ensure the company’s rights are correct.
- Conduct legal research to stay up to date on changes in legislation and to ensure that your advice is based on the latest legal developments.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.).
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to all members of the organization.
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
- BSc degree in Law.
- A Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience of at least three (3) years as a corporate lawyer in the business environment and/or a large law firm. Experience in the field of public tenders under Law 4412/2026 will be considered an asset.
- Sound judgment and the ability to analyze situations and information.
- Time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines, working under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
- A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to create relations of trust.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
