With a leading presence in the Greek business ecosystem for over a century, Saracakis Group of Companies is always looking for passionate people to join our team. We are looking for a Technical Training & After-Sales Support (Automotive) position in the Technical Department.

✅Provide technical support to authorized dealers and partners.

✅Ensure excellent customer service and customer relationship management.

✅Liaise with the manufacturer to resolve technical issues.

✅Conduct inspections of the technical network.

✅Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

✅Organize and deliver technical training sessions for the authorized dealer network.

✅Manage customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer service.

✅Prepare technical specifications for participation in competitive tenders.

✅Implement manufacturer recalls.

✅Apply control and evaluation procedures and monitor recall completion rates.

✅Oversee the translation of customer manuals.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

✅Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or Vocational Training Institute (IEK) in a technical field. A university degree will be considered an additional qualification.

✅3–5 years of relevant professional experience (preferred).

✅Excellent knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

✅Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and dynamic personality.

✅Knowledge of the development and adaptation of vehicle superstructures in accordance with tender requirements.

✅Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office.

✅Valid driving license.

✅Completed military service (for male candidates).

✅Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be considered an additional qualification.

✅Willingness to travel, team spirit, strong work ethic, and reliability.
