Business Transformation Project Manager
#About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Transformation Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives across the organization. This role manages cross-functional projects that drive operational efficiency, digital innovation, and organizational change. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant participants, arrangement of availability
- Participate in meetings (when necessary), draft meeting minutes (when necessary), draft follow-up actions and responsible people
- Maintain project management tool, support in resource allocation, calendar phasing of projects
- Support in the preparation and formulation of key initiatives
- Prepare presentations and supporting material
- Communicate project progress, roadblocks, and successes to stakeholders at all levels
- Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communications
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- Proven work experience as a PM
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel and PPT in particular
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Steep learning curve, agility & proactiveness are considered a huge plus
