𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

The role reports to Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

• Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports that provide insights and commentary. Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and identify key drivers, trends, and opportunities
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to enhance decision-making and support strategic planning. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and business strategy
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
•  Participate in management accounts reconciliation.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the identification and implementation of process improvements within financial planning and reporting functions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and business insights.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

What will you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP software systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
