 Sales Manager, Volvo Trucks & Buses

#About the role 

✅Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities to define strategic sales targets.

✅Develop and implement the company’s commercial and pricing strategy.

✅Negotiate with international suppliers and partners.

✅Monitor sales performance and financial results, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

✅Design and execute strategic initiatives to expand sales and market share.

✅Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.

✅Manage and develop relationships with key accounts.

✅Maintain and expand the existing customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.

✅Prepare, present, and negotiate technical and financial proposals with customers.

✅Present sales performance and business insights to senior management.

✅Handle additional responsibilities and challenges that arise in a dynamic commercial environment.

 

What will you bring to our team 

✅BS/MS degree in business administration or Engineering

✅Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the automotive, truck, bus, or heavy equipment industry.

✅Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

✅Strategic thinking with a strong results-oriented mindset.

✅Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✅Strong analytical and financial understanding

✅Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

✅Strong business acumen and industry expertise

✅Excellent knowledge of the English language (both oral and written)

✅Excellent computer knowledge and MS Office

✅Dynamic personality with communication and negotiation skills

✅Ability to build trusting relationships, solve problems, and focus on results

✅Availability for frequent business travels
