Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) for construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical judgment, capable of ensuring that MEP works are executed in full compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform QA/QC inspections and audits for MEP works during all construction phases.
- Review and approve method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and shop drawings related to MEP systems.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and international standards.
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, supervision teams, designers, and client representatives to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, and quality logs.
- Support project management teams with technical input and risk mitigation related to MEP quality.
- Participate in site meetings and provide expert advice on construction quality matters.
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- MSc degree will be considered a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in construction projects.
- Proven experience in QA/QC for MEP works, preferably on large-scale or complex infrastructure/building projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with international standards (e.g. ISO, ASHRAE, BS, EN) and relevant local regulations.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
