Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.

We are seeking a BIM Engineer to join our project team in Spata, Attica and support the delivery of of a major long-term development project, one of the country's most significant and technically challenging infrastructure investments. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of BIM processes, ensuring the effective integration of multidisciplinary design and project information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for building and infrastructure projects, with particular emphasis on MEP systems.
  • Collaborate with designers, consultants, supervision teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective model integration and coordination.
  • Perform clash detection and support the resolution of design conflicts across disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), client requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model review workshops.
  • Support project teams in digital delivery, information management, and model quality assurance activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, templates, and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and/or BIM coordination.
  • Proven experience working with Autodesk Revit, Revit MEP.
  • Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination.
  • Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ISO 19650 principles, and international BIM standards.
  • Experience in large-scale buildings, airport, transportation, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary building or infrastructure projects.
  • BIM-related certifications will be considered an asset.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 or similar Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms will be considered an asset.
  • Produce and maintain project drawings, schedules, quantities, and other digital deliverables through BIM processes.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
