Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.

We are looking for a highly skilled Surveying Engineer with extensive experience in topographic surveys and cadastral projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years dedicated to preparing or reviewing topographic studies, drafting cadastral tables and diagrams for expropriation, and preparing deposit tables. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality deliverables across complex land surveying and cadastral assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and/or review topographic studies and surveys in compliance with Greek standards and regulations.
  • Prepare cadastral tables and diagrams for expropriation procedures.
  • Draft deposit tables and related cadastral documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams, legal consultants, and public authorities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records, project files, and documentation libraries.
  • Provide technical support to projects and assist in problem-solving on site or office-related issues.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Surveying Engineering.
  • MSc degree will be considered as a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of general professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of specific experience in topographic studies, cadastral work, or expropriation documentation.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, cadastral procedures, and Greek legal requirements for land management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
