Business Intelligence Analyst in Athens, Greece (On-Site)

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to support business decision-making. The role requires expertise in SAP BW, ABAP, OLAP technologies, and Power BI, with the ability to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs while ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with SAP BW for ETL processes and BW Modeling, including the creation and maintenance of InfoCubes and DSOs.
• Develop and support Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
• Design, develop, and maintain queries and reports using BEx Query Designer.
• Utilize OLAP technologies, ETL processes, and BI analytics to support reporting and analysis needs.
•  Work across the SAP landscape with an understanding of core modules such as SD, MM, PP, FI, and WM.
• Design, maintain and enhance Power BI reports using multiple data sources and DAX calculations.
• Support and train Power BI users, assisting in the creation and monitoring of business metrics (KPIs).
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in SAP BW (ETL, BW Modeling, creating InfoCubes, DSOs) and ABAP (for extractors, Start/End Routines).
• Very good experience in developing queries/reports using BEx Query Designer.
• Hands-on experience with OLAP technologies, ETL processes, and business intelligence analytics.
• Solid understanding of the SAP landscape and key functional modules (SD, MM, PP, FI, WM).
• Experience in designing and maintaining Power BI reports, with good knowledge of the DAX language and multiple data sources.
• Ability to train end users on Power BI and support the definition and creation of business KPIs.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• This position requires full-time presence at our Athens Office.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience using SAP BO Visualization tool (Web Intelligence).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Applications like Power Automate, Power APPs.
• Familiarity with R Programming Language.
