We are a growing sales-driven organization looking for a sharp, detail-oriented team player to join us in a combined Inside Sales & Sales Operations role. 

What you'll do

  • Support the account management team with offer preparation for both managed and unmanaged accounts, including smaller deals and SMB opportunities
  • Own the renewal offer cycle — from planning through to final submission
  • Coordinate and support tender submissions — gathering documentation, meeting deadlines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM reporting so the whole team has clean pipeline visibility
  • Communicate proactively with distributors and vendors regarding offers, orders, and related queries

What we're looking for

  • Experience in an inside sale, sales support, or sales operations role — ideally in a B2B or technology environment
  • Confident working with CRM systems and keeping data accurate
  • Comfortable learning the fundamentals of the technologies and product categories we sell
  • Able to understand product specifications, SKUs, and licensing models well enough to build accurate offers
  • Willing to keep up with vendor updates, new product releases, and changes in the portfolio
  • Organized and thorough — you spot errors before they become problems
  • Strong communicator in both written and verbal form; comfortable dealing with external partners
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (German)  are a plus
