Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Technical Services Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of infrastructure, cloud, networking and technical security projects for enterprise customers.


The role is client-facing and delivery-focused. Its core requirement is strong project management capability: planning, coordination, stakeholder follow-up, risk and issue control, scope tracking, reporting, acceptance management and structured execution discipline.


The successful candidate is not expected to be a hands-on engineer. However, they should have a good working understanding of infrastructure topics, sufficient to coordinate specialists, follow dependencies and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
 

Project exposure may include on-premises infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, network modernization, security controls, data center resilience, disaster recovery, OT / industrial connectivity and related technical services. These areas will also provide opportunities for further professional development.


Key Responsibilities


1. Project Delivery & PM Governance
• Manage assigned IT infrastructure and technical services projects from initiation to closure.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action logs, risk logs, issue logs and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical specialists, subcontractors, vendors and customer stakeholders.
• Track delivery progress, dependencies, scope, effort, acceptance criteria and customer commitments.
• Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, follow up actions and escalate blockers in a timely manner.
• Prepare clear project status updates and support management or steering-level communication.
• Support change request coordination, impact assessment and approval follow-up.
• Ensure that delivered services and outputs are aligned with agreed scope, quality expectations and contractual commitments.


2. Technical Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate delivery activities across infrastructure, cloud, networking and technical security workstreams.
• Support projects related to on-premises infrastructure deployments, migrations, modernization and resilience.
• Support cloud infrastructure migration, deployment, optimization and hybrid infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate network-related projects such as LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi, segmentation and secure connectivity.
• Support technical security initiatives such as perimeter protection, secure access, identity controls and infrastructure hardening.
• Coordinate projects involving data center resilience, disaster recovery, infrastructure optimization and OT / industrial network environments.
• Work with architects and engineers to understand technical dependencies, implementation constraints and delivery risks.
• Translate technical delivery status into clear project-level communication for customers and management.


3. Service, Commercial & Operational Coordination
• Act as the day-to-day coordination point for assigned infrastructure and services projects.
• Support resource planning and allocation across technical teams.
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor delivery performance.
• Coordinate customer acceptance, delivery evidence, documentation and sign-off activities.
• Support invoicing milestones, service completion evidence and commercial follow-up.
• Contribute to the improvement of delivery templates, reporting discipline and project governance practices.
 

Required Qualifications & Experience


Professional Experience
• 1-3 years of relevant and solid experience in IT Project Management or IT Services Project Coordination or a similar delivery role.
• Experience must be directly relevant to the PM function of the role, including planning, tracking, reporting, coordination, escalation and stakeholder follow-up.
• Previous exposure to infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity or managed services projects is expected; deeper domain expertise can be developed through the role.
• Experience working with technical teams, engineers, subcontractors and enterprise customers is an advantage.
• Experience in systems integration, IT operations or enterprise infrastructure environments is considered beneficial.


Project Management Skills
• Project Management certification is expected, such as PMP, AgilePM or equivalent.
• Strong planning, coordination, tracking and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, customer priorities and delivery dependencies.
• Experience preparing project plans, status reports, action logs, risk logs, issue logs and steering updates.
• Ability to manage delivery under time, scope, resource and dependency constraints.
• Ability to challenge unclear assumptions while maintaining a collaborative delivery approach.
 

Technical Domain Understanding
• Good working understanding of infrastructure project delivery concepts; expert-level technical depth is not required.
• Familiarity with on-premises, cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Good working understanding of networking and connectivity concepts, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, segmentation and secure connectivity.
• Awareness of technical security domains such as firewalls, secure access, identity controls, MFA, PAM and perimeter protection.
• Ability to understand technical designs, implementation plans, migration activities and operational constraints at a coordination level.
• Ability to communicate effectively with architects and engineers without needing to perform hands-on configuration.

Education
• Bachelor's degree in IT Systems Engineering.
