Role Overview

We are seeking a PPM / SPM Implementation Project Manager to support and lead client implementations of Strategic Portfolio Management and Project & Portfolio Management solutions.

The role is client-facing and focused on structured delivery of PPM system implementations — supporting workshops, coordinating configuration activities, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth transition to production and support.

The role is hybrid and may also include participation in other enterprise system implementation projects beyond SPM/PPM, depending on business needs and candidate profile.

 

Key Responsibilities

 Project Delivery

  • Support and coordinate implementation projects for enterprise PPM/SPM solutions.
  • Maintain project plans, track progress, effort, and delivery status.
  • Coordinate consultants, technical teams, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Prepare status updates and support steering communication.
  • Support UAT, go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Validate delivered services against agreed scope.

Functional & Solution Support

  • Support requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Contribute to translating governance needs into PPM/SPM configuration.
  • Ensure alignment between configuration and approved scope.
  • Support preparation of training materials, demonstrations, and documentation control.

 Commercial & Operational Coordination

  • Act as day-to-day contact for operational project matters.
  • Coordinate subcontractor delivery and performance tracking.
  • Support acceptance documentation and invoicing milestone tracking.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

Professional Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT Project Management or PMO roles.
  • Experience participating in enterprise system implementations.
  • Exposure to PPM/SPM platforms such as:
    • Broadcom Clarity
    • ServiceNow SPM
    • Planview
    • Jira Align
    • Microsoft Project Online / Project for the Web
    • Other enterprise PPM tools

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Understanding of project lifecycle governance and portfolio management concepts.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking and resource planning within PPM systems.
  • Ability to document requirements and support system configuration discussions.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise integrations is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and structured documentation skills.
  • Organized and delivery-focused mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable interacting with client stakeholders.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage.
