Operating a 2,500 sq.m., two-floor warehouse facility, our Logistics team consists of 28 in-house employees and 10 contractors responsible for picking, packing, and shipment management. We have a dedicated team of 13 drivers who handle daily deliveries across Attica and we serve three regional hubs in Thessaloniki, Heraklion, and Chania. Through close collaboration with trusted 3PL partners, we ensure effective inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation coordination, and consistent nationwide coverage.

We are currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join us and lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and take ownership of optimizing warehouse and distribution performance, strengthening 3PL partnerships, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high service levels across all channels.

What Your Day-to-day Looks Like

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee warehousing, distribution, customer service and maintenance operations
• Manage collaboration with partnering 3PLs
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Monitor and manage budgets and expenditures
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Produce and overview reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Update and evaluate metrics (KPIs) to assess performance and implement improvements
• Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience as a Logistics Manager or similar leading role in Warehouse envrionment
• BSc degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
