We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will be hands-on across the entire employee journey, from onboarding through to offboarding. You will contribute to maintaining efficient HR operations, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Own the onboarding process, including preparation of employment documentation, ensuring a smooth new hire experience and effective induction
• Handle digital card management, including monitoring clock-in and clock-out records, employee access administration, and changes in working schedules
• Oversee and administer annual leave tracking, absences, and related documentation
• Act as the main liaison between HR and Accounting to support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely updates, enrollments, and changes
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR guidance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in our HRIS
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements

What you need:

• 2–3 years of experience in an HR role such as HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Operations, or similar
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Good understanding of labor law
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• Highly organized with a meticulous approach to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment
