Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join us and act as a trusted advisor on financial performance and planning.

In this role, you will work closely with C-level stakeholders and take ownership of effective and efficient monitoring and reporting of the organization’s performance against key indicators and business objectives. You will provide accurate, data-driven insights into the company’s profitability, liquidity, and optimal capital structure, while analyzing financial information to support strategic decision-making.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Monitor, compare, and analyze performance results against the budget at both company and business-line level, providing actionable feedback
• Investigate variances, interpret financial data for management, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, variance reports (budget vs. actuals), board reports, P&L statements, and forecasts of future trends
• Provide in-depth analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve overall financial performance
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual business plan
• Propose process improvements and policy initiatives related to financial performance monitoring and reporting
• Work closely with Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting and accuracy of accounting software record-keeping processes
• Analyze costs, pricing, contribution margins, sales results, and overall company performance to support revenue growth
• Develop complex business forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation and across multiple time horizons
• Analyze monthly actual revenue data and communicate variances versus plan
• Prepare and monitor advertising budgets per brand 

What you need:

• 5+ years of experience in business planning, performance monitoring & reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; MBA is considered a plus
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Strong knowledge of reporting and BI tools
• Experience in designing and developing performance monitoring tools and reports for diverse audiences
• Ability to interpret, present, and communicate financial information clearly to internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and a hands-on, analytical mindset
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
• High sense of discretion, ownership, and accountability
