Key Account Manager

to join the Sales team in Athens, reporting to National Account Manager

The role: 

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with assigned retail accounts, driving profitable sales growth and maximizing business opportunities through effective commercial planning and execution.

How you will contribute:

• Manage and develop assigned Key Accounts, building strong and long-term customer relationships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage annual agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute account business plans to drive sales growth, profitability and market share.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze key commercial KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the Company's product portfolio within assigned accounts, ensuring effective promotional planning and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and guide field sales teams to ensure successful implementation of commercial plans.

What you will bring :

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Sales position role with strong selling skills and proven results
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing preferably - MS will be considered as a plus
• Proficiency command of English
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Leadership skills and ability to prioritize based on business needs
• People management; coaching, diversity and inclusion mindset
• Analytical skills that enable right choices and business decisions
