is seeking to employ an experienced, driven & committed: 

Accounts Payable Specialist 

to join our Accounting Team, reporting to Accounting Manager

The role: 

• Review and reconciliation of vendor balances, communication with suppliers, and resolution of discrepancies
• Handling Vendor payments through: mass payments via files, cheque issuanc web banking transactions
• Vendor Master Data creation and maintenance in SAP
• Bank reconciliations & bank accounting entries
• Review, posting, and monitoring of vendor invoices in the system.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports as needed (weekly /monthly)
• Maintenance of accurate and complete accounting records

Qualifications: 

• Degree in Economics /Accounting /Finance
• Proven experience of 5+ years in Assistant Accounting Roles
• Experience in industrial environment is a plusParticipate and support additional projects across finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
• SAP FI is a strong asset
• Fluency in English
• Team spirit and strong working ethics
• Attention to detail with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-discipline, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
